"Still waiting to see a difference"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now i’m not really seeing any noticeable change yet. Maybe it needs more time, I don’t know, but for the price I kind of expected at least a little something by now. It’s been easy enough to use, but yeah, I keep checking and nothing really feels different. Disappointing so far

I tried tryepiphany for a few months to deal with some skin issues, and to be fair, it did help. My breakouts weren’t as intense, and my skin seemed a little calmer overall, which was nice.
That said, it wasn’t some overnight miracle or anything. I still get flare-ups, and it took a while before I noticed much of a difference. Common sense says skin stuff takes time, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but the results have been more average than amazing for me.

Am I the only one who was kind of caught off guard by the subscription cost? I didn’t feel like the billing details were clear enough upfront, so the final charge surprised me.

I was a little nervous to try it because my skin usually reacts to new products, but this ended up being totally fine for me. The whole process was really easy, and I didn’t have any burning or rash. I did notice a tiny bit of dryness the first night, but nothing major...

"Refund process was a bit confusing"
I cancelled my order, but the whole process was kind of confusing. I wasn’t totally sure if everything went through at first, and then the refund took longer than I expected. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but I still ended up feeling annoyed waiting around.

They were really good about checking in with me, which I appreciated. Even after things were moving along, they kept following up and making sure I had what I needed. Communication was easy too, not much more to say, just a solid experience overall.

It was okay overall, I guess. The people were polite and they did respond, but some of the replies felt so generic that I started wondering if they were even really paying attention to my situation. It helped a bit, but I never got the feeling they fully understood what I needed. Not terrible, just not very personal

"Support took forever to get back to me"
I reached out to customer service sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. I don’t remember the exact day, but I definitely waited around more than I should’ve. Overall, not the best experience.

"It’s fine, just feels a little expensive"
I mean, it does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s just that for the price, I kind of expected a bit more, you know, like that extra something. It’s not bad at all, but compared to the other one or whatever, it didn’t feel like the best value for me

"Pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable the doctor was"
I was pleasantly surprised by the visit. The doctor really seemed to know their stuff, took the time to listen, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling a lot more comfortable and informed.
